“ Good food but service is lacking
I love Byfords because they carry gourmet items you can't easily get anywhere else. A wide range of cheeses, good fresh deli standards, pates and homemade ready meals you can pop in your freezer for later. What I hate about Byfords is the service. No one behind the counter ever smiles and they seem to resent the fact that the have customers at all. They have a great business, why can't they be happy about it?! ”
